ORIP Reporting Module - Server Function

Server logic for ORIP reporting module. Generates summary statistics and formatted reports for Office of Research Infrastructure Programs submissions.

Usage

modORIPReportingServer(
  id,
  pedigree = NULL,
  geneticValues = NULL,
  siteConfig = NULL
)

Arguments

id

character vector of length 1. Module namespace identifier.

pedigree

reactive returning pedigree data frame.

geneticValues

reactive returning the flat genetic value report data frame (with indivMeanKin and gu columns), not a list(report = ).

siteConfig

reactive returning site configuration from getSiteInfo(), with center, nodename, user, sysname and release. When NULL, the module falls back to getSiteInfo(expectConfigFile = FALSE).

Value

A list with one reactive component, colonySummary, which returns list(nTotal, nMales, nFemales, nFounders).

The tab is mounted only when shouldShowOripTab is TRUE (the ONPRC site configuration; see appUI).
