Creates user interface for ORIP (Office of Research Infrastructure Programs) reporting. The module is under development and is intended to grow into formatted reports suitable for submission to ORIP as part of primate center grant reporting requirements.
Details
The ORIP Reporting tab currently shows:
A site information table
A colony summary (animal, sex and founder counts)
Mean kinship and mean genome uniqueness
with two CSV exports. Breeding-program statistics, founder analysis and
formatted reports are not implemented. The tab is mounted only when
shouldShowOripTab is TRUE (the ONPRC site
configuration; see appUI).
