Pedigree Browser Module - UI Function

Creates user interface for browsing and filtering pedigree data, including focal animal selection (typed or pasted IDs, or an uploaded file), trimming options, the Display Unknown IDs filter, and export. A Diagram tab draws the pedigree (rectilinear or direct edge style, optional names and twin connectors, PNG export, and click-to-focal), with a twin/zygosity sidecar upload; the diagram is drawn only up to 400 animals (rectilinear) or 750 animals (direct).

Usage

modPedigreeUI(id)

Arguments

id

character vector of length 1. Module namespace identifier.

Value

A div object containing pedigree browser UI.
